• All data transmitted via HTTPS encryption
• Secure token-based authentication
• Restricted server access with role-based permissions
• Protected APIs with validation and rate limiting

• Access your personal data at any time
• Request corrections to inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account via the app (Profile → Delete Account)
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Contact the registration office to cancel a pending deletion request

• Open the app and go to Profile (bottom navigation)
• Scroll to the bottom and tap "حذف الحساب" (Delete Account)
• Confirm your request in the dialog that appears
• Your request is immediately submitted to the university administration

• Your app access is revoked instantly — you will be logged out
• Your authentication token is permanently cleared
• You cannot log back in while the deletion request is pending
• A pending deletion notice will appear if you attempt to log in again

• Academic transcripts and grades are retained as legally required
• Financial records (fees, payments) are retained for audit compliance
• Enrollment and registration data is archived per ministry requirements
• Personal contact data is not used after access revocation

This retention practice is explicitly permitted under Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) for apps operating in regulated industries such as higher education, finance, and healthcare.

• Uploaded images are used solely for verification and never shared publicly
• Notifications are sent only for important updates and transport alerts
• Bus tracking and arrival times are approximate and may vary by GPS/network conditions
• We apply reasonable data protection standards aligned with international practices

• Uploading false or fraudulent information
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or bypass the system
• Misusing the application in any unauthorized manner

By downloading or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service feature at any time without prior notice.

Al-Nibras University is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
